ph364 is required to verify the identity of Players in accordance with its AML compliance obligations and PAGCOR-aligned regulatory requirements. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests above ₱5,000 and in all cases where ph364's compliance systems flag an account for review. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID) and, where requested, proof of address or source of funds documentation.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ph364 will notify the registered email address and mobile number before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of any game on ph364, the malfunction voids all pay and play for the affected round. ph364 will restore the Player's wallet to the state it held immediately prior to the malfunctioned game round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle across all ph364 gaming categories.
If a Player is disconnected from the ph364 platform during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's rules and any applicable disconnection handling logic specific to that game. Where a round is completed in the Player's absence, the result will be applied to the Player's wallet upon reconnection. ph364 is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side internet disconnections.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by ph364 are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 7, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a Player's ph364 account are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus amount, depending on the promotion) that must be achieved through real-money gameplay before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph364's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
ph364's collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the ph364 Privacy Policy, available at ph364.asia/privacy-policy, and is conducted in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
By registering a ph364 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service personalization. ph364 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is terminated by ph364 due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is for non-fault reasons, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to any applicable withdrawal processing times.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation or ph364's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, at the place of ph364's registered business address.
ph364 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory instruction and must take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the ph364 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
